Hauck Manufacturing Company and Kromschroder, Inc. to Merge

The Elster Group is pleased to announce the merger of two of our companies in North America. As of January 1, 2008, Kromschroder, Inc. (Hudson, Oh) will be merging its operations with Hauck Manufacturing Company (Lebanon, PA). Hauck will serve as the supplier for Hauck brand products, and Kromschroder burners and combustion controls for customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Kromschroder products will be stocked in Lebanon and will be available through the Hauck sales network and the Kromschroder dealer network. Kromschroder controls provide the highest quality and reliability with the most complete feature set available in the industry. High quality Kromschroder burners offer reliable performance and complement the industrial family of burners available from Hauck Manufacturing Company.
